Hello, We are very sorry to hear this unfair review left for this beautiful handmade dress that has been one of the best seller with a long waiting list that forced us repeating for the third time. Our sizes run true to size. All the measurements are listed in details for each dress including the length measurements. The model height is 5'6ft wears high heels. As you can see on the picture the back trailer of the dress touches the floor. So, we sell what we advertise for. Unfortunately this dress made for a regular length. Since your height is shorter than the model height on the picture, the dress back length will touch the floor more than on the image. The hem sequences were getting caught and loose as the length was longer on you. Our customers lift the dress while they walk or get the dress length shortened with their local seam stress instead of letting it get caught and loose sequinces on the floor. We use the best quality YKK zip for all our dresses. We never had any issue for the zip of this style. We would have been very happy to advise you on the length of the dress and help to fix the dress zip if you would have got in touch with us. We are always here to help our customers.
