“where to start, this scooter will barely do 2 miles on a flat surface, have charged twice now and followed all instructions, called fun4kids telephone number about 30 times and have got through just the once, was assured that someone would get back to me and respond to the email i have sent, maybe the battery is faulty but its not good draging this thing for 1 mile as it weighs a ton, have started a charge back with my credit card provider, avoid this product and company as they do not no what customer service means, i just wish i had read the reviews before buying from here.”
