Felt, fixings, glazing and instructions are all included, and all wood is supplied pre-treated on both sides for increased product longevity. Please note the item does not come painted as per the picture. It comes pre-treated in a natural honey glaze for you to paint as you wish. “Quite cheaply made parts, many of the parts have chunks missing from them and others dont fit. the door needed planing down considerably in order for it to fit. the windows were very fiddley and the plastic glass is brittle so two of the panels have corners missing. The windows could be done in the factory and the door could be already fitted so as to make sure everything fits and you dont have to get a plane and take off a good few mm just to get it to fit.”

“Just installed the shire bunny playhouse. My next project will be a two bed semi detached house! Please make this project easier for first time diy novices. There is no reason why the base could not come as a complete section, also the front section with the window and door already attached, plus the roof with the felt already attached to the roof sections. Please understand that the people purchasing this product have very limited time especially when there children are hanging off of them asking when is it going to be ready!”

Dear jamie Thanks for your feedback, like anything price is relative and as I am sure you appreciate this is a very low price for an item such as this - there are models available with what you are suggesting but due to increased manufacturing time and also higher delivery costs the item price ends up alot more expensive Thanks for choosing Fun4Kids
