“I ordered three A1 poster prints and uploaded the images. I didn't realise that the resolution of two of the images was not good enough. I got an email from Louise Gipps at Doxdirect saying they had been printed but the quality of the two low-res images was below standard (entirely my fault). She invited me to send better quality images and they would print them. And there was no charge for what was my mistake being put right!!! I uploaded better quality images and the quality of the order when it arrived a couple of days later was stunning. I cannot recommend this company and its service highly enough. I think the vast majority of companies would just have printed what I sent them. Excellent and caring customer service.”

“Could not be happier with this company, easy to use website, inexpensive products. I had a colour issue with a poster I ordered, but contacted Customer services who replied immediatley and resolved the issue and sent out a free replacement within 24 hours. Cannot recommend enough, will definatley use again.”

“Print quality was superb, and much better than I had expected. (ordered A2 posters on 190gsm white silk, colour printing.) Delivered quickly and in a strong protective tube. Brilliant service, and will use again.”

“This was a project that I have been working on (on my laptop) for a few years. I decided to try to print it and give it to my son as a present, as he was particularly interested in the subject matter. The resultant document produced by DoxDirect was absolutely stunning! Way better than I could ever imagined or hoped for. First class service in every way. Thanks. ( I have several other projects that will now be released from the confines of my hard drive for distribution to anyone who cares to read them!)”
