“I can't find a way to edit my previous review so am adding this one to say that DIY pest control responded immediately to my one star - offered a refund, reflected on their website and decided to reword the description to reinforce the idea that the traps are single use and gave me advice on how to improve my results. The company are excellent as I mentioned before.”
This was a case of not appreciating that these traps are single use. We looked at the product wording and changed this in view of your comments. We did offer to refund for the traps but you decided to use them in the end.
