“I ordered 3 bottles of Protector Spray, but the courier delivered just two in an obviously repacked bag. The package from DIY Pest Control had been damaged and a bottle had apparently burst and soaked the original package.
I emailed the suppliers with photos and within minutes had a reply from customer services. They said they would send the full order again. I said I’d be happy with one bottle or a single bottle refund. They sent me three full bottles. No argument! Now that’s what I call great service. Thank you DIY Pest Control.
As for the spray - there is no sign of the cluster flies now and I hope it stays that way.
