This would be a great product if the Newborn attachment didn’t keep braking. The base of the carrycot is made of a plastic sheet that breaks after it’s been folded a few times. It may be ok if you aren’t going to fold it a few times every day but to keep it put up. I don’t think it will be worth purchasing the Newborn Attachment until Ergobaby resolves this design fault.

I didnt receive as it broke on transit and they didn't have anymore. I was very disappointed but I will have to wait till it's back in stock. Positive on customer service as they contacted me in a reasonable timing and did offer me one of the other characters but I have my heart on the mike the monkey

Poor communication ordered car seat Tuesday morning got email same day at 2 pm saying it’s been dispatched 2 days later found out it’s not available? Got refund with in 3 days

I contacted the seller a number of times upon receiving the item that had been listed incorrectly. I then gave up on hearing back from them and requested a return which they left until the last minute to accept. Very disappointing, zero customer service and a massive waste of my time.

didnt send my items and gave a false tracking number. luckily bought through ebay store so was able to claim money back through there. would not buy from again.

I ordered a Maxi Cosi car seat on the 6/11. I waited on my order but it never arrived. When I followed this up I was made aware the reason for the delay was because the order had been damaged and returned back to yourselves. At this point I was advised I could have a refund or keep the order however I would need to wait as the car seat was out of stock. I was advised it would be back in stock and if I wanted to keep my order I would recieve my order weekending. 24/11. It's now the 27th and I still haven't received my order or had any updates why my order is again late. Unfortunately the order is now feeling a bit of a hassle now. Lisa Dempsey
