“A very good product especially at the cost. However, there does appear to be a problem with the thermal cut off switch (googling the problem found many similar complaints). There is only a 12 month guarantee period and our problems started after 15 months. We were told by Dimplex that we were out of warranty and they pointed us to their agents for repairing the stove. We were told the call out including parts would be in the region of £160, but a replacement new stove from deals4u.co.uk cost £126 delivered - no brainer!!”
