“Brilliant fire with easy controls and 3 settings (flame with no heat, flame with 1 kw of heat, flame with 2kw of heat). Remote control switches fire on and off - the 'on' position defaults to the last setting the fire was left at. Some buyers have mentioned the noise of the fan, but it is merely a hum and is acceptable to our family.”

“It's amazing it has a feelings of wooden fire place. Many of my visitors were confused if it was real or illusion .. But I have a small problem with it's control I believe that's not a big deal to be concerened”
