“I ordered the Willow Tree Bride and Groom ornament as a wedding gift. It arrived later than I expected due to the fact a dog walker found my parcel lying in the street (about 3 streets away). Glad he was honest and brought it round. Also disappointed that the ornament is not Willow Tree branded and by another company called Arosa. Very nice though.”

A investigation report has been forwarded to Royal Mail, we have contacted buyer to ask for contact with regards to the investigation and have received no response. With regards to the product, this is advertised as More Than Words and not Willow Tree and the description is correct on our website.
