“The Christmas tree bows were really nice and exactly what I wanted - but before i put them ip I noticed that four were damaged the silver bit at the end had come loose from the ribbon - I decided not to send them back as I had alreaalready paid for postage and this would have cost me more to return them. The ones that are on the tree look amazing though.”

“The product arrived quickly but isn't very good quality and the ties are plastic food tags. Would be better using a glittery pipe cleaner”

Sorry to hear you were not happy with your purchase, we have sold a high quantity of these bows and have not received any complaints with regards to the ties. as stated in the description the product is "Tie on Bows"

“Good bows for the tree. The only disappointment was that they were packed so tightly they all had to be manipulated into shape again. In doing so a lot of the glitter was lost. It was just as well that the bows feature a flexible edging.”
