“HI, I have an early version of your back support cushion, advised by my physio for a hip problem. together with a wedge seat cushion it made driving so much easier, before I had it I could hardly walk after a journey, so it was really helpful. It wasn't comfortable straight away but I became aware of much better posture which also recruited some abdominal muscles previously lazy! the only downsides were that the two buttons were both at the bottom and I keep forgetting which controls upper or lower cushion.I know you have fixed that now. the other issue is that the straps were barely long enough to fit round my car seat and as result the clips were right at the end of the straps and tended to fall off. I still use the cushion tho have just lent it to a friend to try out as she has an ongoing back problem. I have to have it back for my next long drive tho.”
