Last time we spoke with you we had agreed to wait for the order to arrive to assess its condition, as you were away on holiday - as per our phone call you had agreed to get back in touch if there were any issues. “So much meat on a relatively small bird. We usually have free range birds for animal welfare reasons but never really thought it made any difference to the flavour. This organic bird was on another level taste wise.”
