“Delivery is on time. Product quality (grind, freshness and packaging) is superb. I am distinctly UNHAPPY with the taste notes that come with each shipment: "hints of toffee, strawberry, armadillo poo" (I exaggerate to make the point) are pretentious mumbo jumbo. I am further mightily annoyed that you only seek positives in the way this survey is constructed. Whatever you publish will be wildly misleading”
