“My shelves arrived with deep gouges on one face of both. I sanded them to an acceptable looking surface and as the damaged face was on the underside I didn't worry too much. The damage was not as a result of the courier as the damage was face to face and all wrapped extremely well. I did not think it necessary to make any complaint but more care should be taken in future especially as they are not a cheap product. I would still recommend Celtic Timber as I had an oak beam previously which was very nice.”
