“Excellent product and helpful technical help, just moved in to a new build, extractor vent on outside wall which had the traditional flaps, it was unbelievably noisy, looked at several different products in the marketplace, rang the technical dept, they were very helpful and recommended the external sound bafflement cover, this has now been fitted it is fantastic and what a difference it has made even in the last couple of weeks with the very strong winds we have had, only complaint is we are 75 years old and was shocked at the delivery charge. But apart from this I would certainly recommend this product”
