“RAC motorbike insurance
Great price, BUT they will call you daily, sometimes twice daily, trying to sell you add on extras, like rac breakdown, extra legal cover, life cover, if i didnt tell them to stop calling! There would have been, ran out of 2 stroke oil cover!
I gave all the correct details about the moped, and yet i recieved email and email saying i needed to contact them by phone, to comfirm reg details, then direct debit, then got a other email final demand saying insurance would be cancelled if i didnt call and confirm reg details AGAIN!!
I called and they listened to previous recorded call about reg details, admitted their error but was told
"Next time there is an error i would be charged £35"
And now today i have had a letter from a third party called premium credit saying i need to sign electronically a credit agreement or will be charged £10
I have taken out several online vehicle insurances in the past and never ever had so much crap to have to deal with!
Never again will I use this service or RAC insurance, nor will i ever recommend them..
Do you not think we have better things to do than to sit on hold on a phone in an evening? Or mess about online signing additional stuff!!”
