Very pleased with my purchase so far. I have been using Stihl up until now. I am a contract hedgelayer and use chainsaws for many of the cuts. If the saw keeps performing like it is then I will look to replace some of my other saws.

I am very pleased with my new Echo and find it easy to work with and very efficient. It is just the right size to maintain the mature trees and shrubs in my garden. Good, well designed product.

You most defiantly get what you pay for! Simple, effective and perfectly suited to all kinds of wood work. Amazing power and hasn't missed a beat, easy to clean and maintain. I thought the toggle switch would be a negative point, but after using for multiple jobs it hasn't been an issue. Highly recommend*****

The CS-352ES looks to be a good, and well made little saw. I've only used three tanks of fuel so far, but it has performed well; It starts easily, and once warmed up it has enough power for its 14" bar, its also lightweight and is comfortable to use. I only gave 4 out 5 stars and may have only given it 3, because this chainsaw was not the saw I first thought it was. The Echo company from Japan, has a reputation for making excellent small engines and very reliable garden machinery; unfortunately the CS-352ES is not one of them, Its a cheaper Chinese made version, and IMO it might be worth spending a few more quid and get one of Echo's Japanese made machines (I would have if I had known). Having said that, with its ease of use, good power, a 5 year warranty, and cheap price, this chainsaw still looks to be a good buy.
