“The first time I ordered item with this company I saw a box of fifty item being advertised for £50.0.When I tried buying ,it turned out to be a box of 25 items for fifty pounds.I went ahead with the purchase anyway.I must admit I later got the fifty items for £50.00. In another transaction,I ordered 20 children's Denim shirts.When I got the items they were really tiny like dolls outfit.Having realised that I contacted AllClothing for exchange ,but they told me I couldn't so I insisted I will return them for refund.I was told they will accept the refund only if I had to pay for the postage and they have to take 25% of processing charge.I bandoned the return as there was no point. Recently I ordered two different sets of clothes on different occasions.The items were delivered in a single package which I have paid for.I therefore requested for a refund for the postage fee for the second. Although they've agreed to refund the money,I've been chasing for it for the past one week,with no success. My first few purchases with this company was excellent,but I've changed my opinion on that because I've got to realise one gets to know their true colours when they was an issue.”
