Rystix Exterior Sealer penetrates the wood cells and contains special agents to prevent dry rot, insect and fungal attack and has exceptional protection against the harsh UV rays of the sun. It is not a varnish and therefore does not flake or peel if applied to clean, dry surfaces.ÂAvailable in 5 translucent shades ad colourless; Clear, Light Yellow, Oak, Mahogany, Teak and Ebony.ÂCoverage: 10 - 12 sq meters per litre (Note: For the best UV protection one of the tinted shades is recommended). Suitable for all softwood and hard woods including oily and exotic hard woods. Can also be used on all types of exterior timbers, windows, doors, conservatories and timber decking.For timber decking the addition of Rystix Additive is required to provide a harder wearing 'tread-fast' finish. 1 x 500ml Rystix Additive per 5L of Exterior Sealer. Note : We recommend that all end grain & cut ends on your timber decking is treated with End Grain Sealer after treatment with Rystix Exterior Sealer.
