The studio video online was not of fantastic quality, but I went to chat with one of Ritani's gemologists and they assured me the diamond I picked would be a fantastic choice. If I didn't like it, I had another backup choice since Ritani has a great return policy. When I received the ring, it was even more beautiful in person and I couldn't find one negative thing to say about it. It's just gorgeous.
