I absolutely love the scents from their sleep collection. I used to put straight lavender drops on my pillow before bedtime, however sometimes that is too much. The hint of lavender in this pillow mist is very calming on my pillow before falling asleep, but not too strong to be like a perfume. It’s a nice little added touch to encourage a good nights sleep. I’ve just purchased my third bottle, I love having these on hand!
