Excellent. The level is a bit above what I can do so it motivates me to repeat it. Pilates is a very healthy way to gain the highest strength in our centre and core. Therefore it is beneficial even to people who has some kind of physical weakness (I have mentioned in the yoga feedback my two surgeries that made my central area very week compared to how it used to be). Also, some dance related elements appear in the exercises - this is great for me as I used to learn modern ballet for more than 10 years. And, again, just like with the yoga: Juliana makes the movements with total perfection and beauty - that is also a huge motivation. :-)
