“Took over 30 days to process my claim. Multiple calls and emails . It would be better to have an online message system for communication. The app would not accept my corrected documents to be uploaded.”

“I have no complaints and no issues, but I am rating 4/5 stars because it’s too late to add acupuncture and physical therapy to my insurance. It was explained to me that this option must only be decided within the first 30 days of initially purchasing the insurance. That is a shame. When my dog was a puppy his health was excellent but now that he’s getting older some issues are starting to occur with his bones that weren’t discovered when he was a puppy. I would love to be able to take him to physical therapy but I cannot afford it if insurance does not cover it. How can you tell if a healthy puppy will need acupuncture or physical therapy later in life? You cannot. That’s my only issue.”

“They have great customer service, fast response time and fast payment on claims. The only issue I have with them is that they signifacantly raised the price the year following a claim. I have four fur babies, so the increase was significante to me. Despite that, I am staying with them, at least for now.”

“I’ve had Pets Best for 2 1/2 years and it normally has taken several weeks to get a claim processed. However, the claim I submitted very recently was processed in less than 48 hours which is exceptional. I’m very happy with Pets Best.”

“We have had so many health troubles with our puppy who is now 1 yr old. Things have gotten better but we are still needing more vet visits than a typical pet. Pets Best is highly recommended. They have always reimbursed us for big expense visits and continue to do so! We are so grateful we got pet insurance through them.”
