“I’m going to call customer service tomorrow but as far as to my knowledge my son didn’t receive the dog tags yet even though it does confirm the shipping on the email I was sent but he waited 3 days and nothing . I want to know what happened?”

“I have searched and searched for an affordable medical alert product for my patient who recently had a successful kindney transplant after 3 YEARS on dialysis. He didn't want a bracelet. “Name was misspelled and when I followed directions to correct, they contacted me back AFTER order was completed saying that wouldn’t correct it even though I requested correction 10 mins after order was placed. Will not be using them again”

Our automated dogtag production system is so fast that sometimes dogtags are made within minutes of the order being placed, hence the 20 minute cut-off window for corrections. “I ordered the WWII U.S. Navy two hole I.D. Tags so as to replicate those which my Father would have worn at that time. Years ago, I had obtained an official copy of his Service Records and from that was able to retrieve essential data such as his service number, blood type, religion, month & year of tetanus shot, to ensure the tags accuracy. I'll use these tags as part of a service related shadow box to be made for each of my Sons.//”
