“The towel and dressing gown stand is good quality. There is a small mark on the base which will not come off but, given that it comes from Germany and the base is heavy we cannot envisage returning it, even though the cost of the item warrants it. This is the reason for not giving it 5 stars.”

“I was very pleased with the service provided by MP Homewares , they kept me informed about delivery and my order came one day before the estimated delivery date . The items I ordered were good quality and look great in my bathroom I would recommend them to anyone.”

“I found the customer service excellet. The item I wanted was not in stock so it was ordered in from the manufacturer and was with me in a couple of days. Unfortunately, there was a fault with the item, so they got in touch with the manufacturer immediately and I received a full refund straight away. I always find the best way to judge a company is how they respond when things don't go to plan, and they couldn't have done more. I would certainly recommend them and would use them again.”

“Arrived in good time well packaged. Constructed which is worth £10 of anyone's money, otherwise relatively expensive. Nice basic rack. Overall, pleased.”
