About FurniComp:

This venture started its humble beginnings whilst we were at university as students. Slowly as we started to understand the furniture market and the demand for it, we realised this is what we wanted to do and decided to create our own furniture company and FurniComp was born in 2018. As we got through university and graduated, we made this our full time goal and now are working with some of the best manufacturers and suppliers of home furniture products across the world.Being a family run business with experience in the industry we have managed to grow year on year as an independent furniture retailer by offering a personal touch throughout your online furniture purchase.

“I'm very happy it suits my home”

“This company is a joke. They said order would be dispatched in 14 days. After 13 days I tried to ring but the phone lines were down. So went through to the chatbot and it was eventually answered by Mustsfa about 30 minutes later. He was helpful in fairness and said my order was being dispatched the following day and I would receive an email from the transport company that evening. Giving the benefit of the doubt as a bank holiday weekend, but still 6 days later and nothing from the transport company!! Tried to ring again today, but just goes to voicemail. Tried the chatbot and still holding 40 minutes later. It’s obviously a one man band trying to sell themselves as something bigger!! The thing is you are paying a lot of money for the furniture and getting this type of see it’s not acceptable. I do shop regularly online and this is by far one of my worst experiences. Do not trust this company”

“Would rate 1 out of 5. Still waiting for my new hinges to be posted out having complained that they were broken 2 weeks ago. Communication is very poor, and cannot get a response via, email as they go into their spam box, chat not monitored regularly or telephone as always goes to voice message and no one calls you back when trying to contact them. Would give a better rating of my order was not faulty and was in full working use but it's not.”

“Ordered this cabinet for my granddaughter for her trainers it arrived promptly my friend put this together for me and was amazed at the quality of the cabinet and how easy it was to follow instructions he said everything about it was first class. Would definitely recommend this cabinet looks very smart .”

“Unfortunately I thought the wardrobe is poor mainly the back which I feel should have had a tacked ply or hardboard instead of the flimsy awkward back that needed slotting in ☹️. However I was delighted with the customer service, & would have no problem buying something else from them. Thank you.”

“Shoe unit is good quality, right size for small hallways, you dont need extra mirror but trainers are not easy to put in. Any way highly recommended.”

“Purchased this shoe storage unit fit my granddaughter to store her trainers. My friend and neighbour put this together for me he commented throughout how the instructions were easy to follow and what good quality the unit was. It looks amazing and does just the job would definitely recommend”

“Very happy with the product and delivery. I bought 1 just to confirm it was suitable and then bought 3 more. Cupboard is deep enough for anything that I want to put in it. Very easy to assemble.”
