“I have been using it for 2 weeks for a period of 30 minutes daily and i noticed improvements in my sleep. Usually i wake up in the middle of the night to pee but eversince i used the grounding mat, i managed to sleep through the night without waking in the middle of the night.”
“I like the red light as the sunset is happening early and this versatile lamp is helpful. I live in a very small unit and this size is perfect. However, the lamp needs recharging frequently which is an inconvenience - it stops midway and I need to use the regular light till it charges again. None the less, I still find it useful”
