We used YourHaus for our main bathroom and ensuite renovation last November. We had great service all the way through. From our very first contact, right through to completion, everything was handled professionally. Despite the ongoing pandemic we were given status updates throughout and the order was delivered promptly with no delays. Their service was exceptional, in particular Virginia who was very knowledgeable and helped us throughout the selection process and also managed to accommodate each of our requests both before and after placing the order. We ordered a few items from another major online bathroom supplier who completely let us down on service and quality waiting hours to speak to customer service for items delivered damaged. YourHaus were the only suppliers to deliver on time and with no hassle directly to our home. Everything was delivered directly to our chosen location in our home fuss free and items were all labelled for each bathroom making it easy for our fitters. Their prices are competitive and although you may be able to find some items slightly cheaper online, in hindsight, the stress and inconvenience we had with our online vendors (may have seen the nice green tv ads) was simply not worth it. Our order with YourHaus was by far the most stress-free aspect of our renovation. If you are considering a bathroom refurb, I strongly recommend using YourHaus for your project and visiting their showroom.
