I have always used VenueScanner with every venue I have worked as a sales manager. I can't thank them enough for sending me some great enquries. I managed to convert quite a few. I think some people get confused as to why their enquries aren't converting isn't just down to VenueScanner, it is very much to do with you and your venue. If they aren't converting, maybe look at how you can improve your own services before placing the blame on the agents. I have never been disappointed with the service. Some super great characters like Jordan, Kate, Jess, and many more. Keep up the good work.
