I would give Vavista 3 stars but its not possible to do that and give a slightly negative review?
I've used Vavista for two years now and been very pleased.Their website its easy to navigate and had no problems with it until my renewal I needed answers to two questions and needed to contact customer service.
After a 40 minute wait I gave up and paid £66.00 more to insure with Tesco.
When will these companies learn that sometimes we don't need to be thanked for our patience and told our call is very important when clearly it isn't.
I don't like leaving negative reviews and I would reccomend this company.
But unfortunately because of my experience I'm unable to rate 5 stars.
