Very prompt service with great quality results, but did find the web interface to require frequent restarts to achieve consistent results. Found that without doing this resulted in font changes being applied to other areas of the layout, sometimes pages apart. It took several days to get our order of service created, and did in truth consider giving up at one stage before discovering the restart/reload fix.
