For almost two weeks ago I ordered and paid directly by online Banktransfer the two orders invoices in full. My bank confirmed me by phone that everything was paid for. I contacted the support team multiple times. Everytime they ask for a proof of payment. I send everything they asked for. First time they could not open a simple PDF. Second time no reaction. Third time after an announcement that i will take further steps. And everytime the answers took longer. They have not received anything they said. Funny how this works. My bank says otherwise and are willing to proof it by written statement. They said we check with our bank. They never asked for the international transfer number so the bank could check the whole transfer. Only the screenshots for payment which I did sent multiple times. As soon as I have the written statement by bank I will proceed further steps. I have paid. Ii want my ordered items or my money back. ASAP. Or at least an apologies with a correction money refund or ordered items. As soon as I have the written statement I will take further steps. Keep you updated. Feels at this moment like a scam Hope i am wrong. More to come.
