If I could give 6 starts I would ! As a newbie re-pointer I had issue with the re-point gun and had many calls about mix ratios etc. They were always patient and helpful. This sadly did not resolve the issue so Sunrise asked me to send it back to them, stripped it back and identified the problem (unusual wear on the auger) and then sent it back to me all working again. And they refused to take any payment for the repair, the parts or time - what amazing customer service and what lovely guys. I can whole heartedly recommend them as a company that is really helpful and has old fashioned loyalty to their customers no matter how small. I can't really recommend them enough.
