I came in to buy a violin case. The ideal case for my slightly longer than average violin was quickly identified by the knowledgable and helpful staff. I am confident that the case will give many years of service. I also wished to look for a new bow. I was shown upstairs and, having discussed an approximate budget, was left with about a dozen bows to try. I was given as long as I liked, and was able to play with each one, gradually choosing between them till I felt I had the right one. Overall it was a really good experience. The staff give good advice, but also time and space, and I appreciated that very much.
