I was very pleased with the customer
service and professionalism of Kate,
as well as the work done on my violin:
it had a buzzing issue and needed
opening / regluing, therefore it was a
longer job than anticipated.
The buzzing has now gone, and the
initial change in sound quickly faded
as I played the violin a few days, giving
back its former sound to the full.
The cleaning done was also top-notch.
A big thank you, as well, for keeping
my violin for many weeks while I was
away travelling.
