Avoid at all costs Avoid at all costs. Ignore their statement about orders arriving by 6pm it’s a lie. I had to contact them to arrange a redelivery as I couldn’t wait any longer. They then lied to me about when the order would arrive - stating the next day. When I checked this with delivery company they said that this was not true and that Soundstop had actually rearranged delivery for 3 days later. This has caused me significant inconvenience. Be careful as they will send your order out in multiple deliveries, no matter how small, meaning you don’t get all your products at once. The furring bars that did arrive were all bent at the ends - they immediately blamed the delivery company and took no responsibility. Their solution was to bend them back with pliers? Farcical response from a company that lies to its customers.
