I made a booking and paid for meet and greet at airport. The driver failed to pick up call and failed to meet at appointed time. I was forced to leave car and on return has to pay £180 for less than 2 days stay. I have complained to skypark who have passed me over to Heathrow Airside. Skypark claim they are just a booking agent. I have paid in total £220 and not resolved.
