Technical department is good in answering questions and recommend suitable product. Unfortunately, my car does not work with the solar panel battery charger/maintainer when plugged into the cigarette lighter. Received the parcel on 17th April, tried the solar panel into the cigarette lighter and found the car started in standby mode and did not allow the doors to be locked. Repackaged the solar panel battery charger and sent it back to Ring Automotive on the same day (17th April) after speaking to the technical department. It is 23rd April and I am still waiting for the refund to my credit card!!!
