As an absolute beginner I found the website very difficult to navigate as you need some level of knowledge to be able to search it and get the correct items. It’s not easy to browse “other products you might like”.
I appreciate your site is likely to be a proprietary piece of software so difficult to change so maybe you could direct people with some blogs about products etc.
Not a great experience.
