I have been suffering with pain in my shoulder for the last 6 years and my hip and ankle for the last few months. I was recommended the Collagen Shots and was advised to give it a month of use for it to really start taking effect. Within a couple of weeks the pain in my shoulder has gone to the point I can do shoulder weight exercises in the gym again, and have seen improvements to my ankle and hip.
