From the moment I had made my first enquirty to returning home from our trip the service was excellent form MaxSki. Throughout my planning period Mike our rep was available to answers any questions i may have had. He was very thorough in all the administritive tasks and took away the stress from myself. MaxSki have a fantastic online platform that kept me updated throughout and made planning this trip far easier. In terms of the sevice and factilites on the trip again this was all excllent. The hotel Kapriol was a lovely family run hotel where the owner Kristina went out her way all the time to help, esecially catering for allergies. The Ski resort was beautiful and had a huge variety of slopes for all standards. Throughout our time in resort and travelling MaxSki were on hand to help and made the running of the trip very pleasant.
