Terrible experience. Pre-ordered a game in October, 23 that was due out in early December 23.
When it hadn't arrived, I attempted contact. Don't respond to emails, don't answer the phone, the only way I finally got a response was to complain through PayPay in February 24.
Then I get an e-mail, through PayPay, no apology, just excuses!
I will never buy from then again.
