I ordered an item as a gift. Ordered in plenty of time. It arrived completely smashed. Despite phoning to be told all operators were busy and emailing twice I’ve not been contacted. Oh except this review has obviously been generated.
I would not have written this for all to see but my friend’s birthday has now been and gone so I had to buy an alternative gift.
I suspect the place is closed over Easter fortnight- too bad for customers like me.
