We spoke with Chris on and off for a couple of years before we finally got the go ahead to take the plunge and upgrade to Integra's satellite solution to our internet woes which we'd had with BT (which were 10mb download & 1mb upload at best!) Previous speeds were dire, and our old service was causing all kinds of workflow issues for our staff. Steven (our engineer) turned up and assessed the signal strength and optimum direction for the dishes to face, before completing a tidy and efficient installation, checking the speeds and leaving our building cleared of rubbish when he left. We're now getting up to 100mb download, 10mb upload and finally have a secure connection which means we can all get on and do our job uninterrupted by connectivity issues. Chris has stayed in touch since installation to make sure everything is working satisfactorily. We even have a digital phone system now, which I never thought we would, given our rural location, and really low speeds that BT provided previously. We would highly recommend Integra's service!
