Hi, I have been using their services for almost 2 years. I couldn't get any reliable response from the customer support team. They reply and close the cases very quickly but the issues are not sorted most of times. Rather than most common delivery issues, I want to let you know about their storage fees and their billing on these services. I had a right run-in with them about one of my storage bills. They claimed I had 15 pallets stored with 'em, but I haven't sent more than 10 pallets their depot in the past 2 years. Upon my calculation, we have maximum 4 pallets and the 2 of them were delivered in July and Aug 2023. They say they don't charge for the first 2 months, so they should only be charging me for the rest. When I ask for some photos of my pallets, they couldn't deliver. When I want to schedule a warehouse visit, they told me it could be available after their consolidation of my pallets. There is no evidence or proof of the volume of your stored items. And to top it all off, they charged me a storage fee that's so high, it's hard to believe! It might be ok, if we can discuss fairly. This is why I want to mention this case on Trustpilot. There is no doubt, think twice and talk with the people currently work with them.
