I had an issue because the chambray I ordered had a 9mm stripe and not the 2mm which I had ordered to make a dress. However, this was sorted out so quickly and efficiently that I received the replacement fabric within a couple of days, in fact I had only that day returned the unwanted fabric which was very trusting of your company as I had fully expected to have to wait until you had received my returned package. I will still have time to make the dress which I have planned to wear to an event next weekend
