Very happy with the whole experience. Right from the beginning of the process everyone we dealt with was very helpful and responsive. Emily in the customer care team dealt with lots of changes to the design of our garden room in a friendly and efficient manner and kept us informed of all the key dates. Both teams who came to install the base and the actual building arrived on time and knew exactly what had to be done. Again they were very friendly and efficient. One slight issue with the electrics was sorted straight away. I would definitely recommend Green retreats.
