We are very happy with our garden room and are looking forward to using it regularly. The portal - where we could design and track our order - is a great idea although it did suffer a few glitches at times which was a bit annoying, but our customer service lead - Jessica - stayed close to our order to ensure it went through smoothly, from initial placement through to completion, and made us feel well represented throughout. The installation went very smoothly and completed to schedule - Covid got in the way of one element, but Green Retreats moved quickly to arrange an alternative team, keeping everything on track. Each team were busy all the time they were here, and kept our garden tidy. No problems with the room so far - happy to recommend.
