Right from my first interaction with Green Retreats, enquiring about a garden office, i was very impressed with their speed, efficiency and professionalism. Once I had placed the order everything was so straight forward and planned well. The base team were very friendly and efficient and ensured we were happy with the location, explaining everything as they went. The team that came to install, lead by Martin, were excellent. Martin obviously took pride in delivering a quality service and went out of his way to ensure we were happy with everything and assured us that aftercare servlce was equally good. The only reason i didnt give 5 stars is because they increased prices before we confirmed the order and wouldnt honour our original quote. Also there was an error in telling my landscaper where to level the ground to and consequently the building was a bit higher than we hoped but they worked round it to produce a lovely finish.
